How to Keep Your Food Safe
  1. Wash your hands often.
  2. Disinfect dishes, cutting boards and counters with hot, soapy water after preparing each food item.
  3. Clean fresh produce.
  4. Use special precautions for raw meat, poultry, and seafood.
  5. Marinate food in refrigerator, not the counter.
  6.  Refrigerate leftovers within two hours of cooking.
